Luis Fonsi

Luis Alfonso Rodríguez López-Cepero, was born on 15 April 1978 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has two brothers: "Jean and Tatiana. As a child, Luis Fonsi and gave signs that the music was to guide his life. With 3 years imitated the stars of popular boy band Menudo, since his young age he joined the Boys Choir of San Juan. At just 10 years he moved with his family from Puerto Rico to Orlando (Florida). He entered the school Dr. Phillips High School, where he formed a band with school mates, like the famous member of 'N Sync, Joey Fatone. The music was important and vital part in the life of Fonsi. So much so that studied music at Florida State University and prepared to conscience: he studied theory, music theory, music appreciation, singing and composition.

I get up at nine o'clock, I take a shower, I brush my teeth and get dressed I make breakfast at ten o'clock and eat it as long as I watch TV, and then I study at ten-forty-five of noon, when I finish studying I heat up my lunch and I and eat it, after that I go to the college at one o'clock to ten minutes past five. When I go out my boyfriend picks me up to take me to home. When I’m back to my home a make my dinner, after that I’m in the computer for a while, then at 8:00 PM I review all the material that I saw of the day in the college, I do all that until 10 o’clock, then I take a brake and go to sleep at 11:00 PM, and that’s my routine form Monday to Thursday.

Fridays after class I go to my home, take a nap for a while, then like at 8:00 PM, after that I go out with my boyfriend or my friends to the movie theatre or a dinner or a disco what ever we want to do.

The weekends it’s my free time I use to do things with my boyfriend like go to the movie or stay in my home playing video games, also I spend time with my family, play with my friends when the light it’s off. Sometimes my boyfriends work on weekends and I have to stay in my home studying or be with my family.

PIZZA!!

HOMEMADE PIZZA (4 pizzas out of this preparation)

INGREDIENTS:
+ 1 kilo Flour 0000 (four zero)
+ 1 tsp fine salt
+ 2 cups of warm water
+ 2 tablespoons oil
+ 30 grams yeast (diced)


PREPARATION:
In a bowl put the 2 cups of warm water, add the salt, 30 grs. yeast and 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir well and before cooling, place the flour on the table 0000 in the form of volcano and there in the middle add the liquid.
